A ‘Christmas Science Spectacular’ was held today after school hosted by a group of very familiar looking elves! Father Christmas even put in an appearance
Pupils participated in a range of Christmas themed science experiments including working out the force needed to set off a party popper, working out how to use kinetic forces to get Santa’s sleigh up the chimney and they made a chemistry snow globe.
Party food and Christmas music all added to the atmosphere.
Thank you to Mrs Bancroft, Curriculum Leader for Science for organising the spectacular and to all the science staff for being such good sports and getting in the festive mood for the pupils.
