Mount Carmel School Council and some of our senior prefects met for the first time this academic year and discussed a range of important issues.
Due to the current rules surrounding Covid 19, it was necessary for pupils to socially distance from one another if they were in different year groups, however this didn’t mean that the meeting was any less productive!
Some of the matters discussed were:
- Improving our uniform and PE kit
- Managing pupil workload and using Show my Homework
- Our new school blog
- Electing new Year 7 representatives
The School Council will meet again after half term, when we will continue to make many more important decisions on the behalf of our school.
