Year 9 pupils were involved in an RSE drop down day, focussing on themes linked to the dangers and consequences of sexting, using a short film provided by TenTen Resources and then a second session delivered by HARV (Hyndburn and Ribble Valley) Domestic Violence team, focussing on 'Coercive control'.

The pupils completed a variety of tasks, e.g. completing discussions, group work and moments for self-reflection. The pupils worked well and found the day useful and learned a lot about the law and sexting, as well as what constitutes abuse and how to spot it and what to do if they find themselves or someone they know in a similar situation.
