We congratulate the Mount Carmel girls American Flag Football team who finished as U.K. National Runners-Up today. The finals took place at Leeds Beckett University.

After going unbeaten in the first five games our team unfortunately came up against a team full of Great Britain players and despite a fantastic performance, we were narrowly beaten and couldn't quite retain our national title.

Mr Barratt who manages the team commented “They girls were all absolutely amazing all day and we couldn't have asked any more from them, they were great representatives for the school and have done us all proud once again.”
