Following the sad news of the death of His Holiness Pope Francis, our school community came together in prayer and reflection to honour his life and legacy.
In a short but meaningful Celebration of the Word, our Chaplaincy Representatives gathered alongside the Head Boy and Head Girl to lead our school in prayer. Together, we gave thanks for the Pope’s unwavering commitment to peace, justice, and compassion, and for his example of faith and humility.
As a sign of mourning and respect, the school flag was lowered to half-mast.
We continue to hold Pope Francis in our prayers, giving thanks for his leadership and for the impact he has made on the Church and the world.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
