Dear Parent/Carer

On Thursday 7th December 2023 from 3:30pm–6:30pm we will be hosting our Year 8 Parents’ Evening. Here you will have the opportunity to speak with your child’s teachers to discuss his current attainment and learn how best you can help him/her to continue making progress. It is vitally important that you attend this meeting but if you are unable to attend, that you send another suitable adult relative in your place.

In the week commencing 20th November, on return of the attached reply slip your child will receive an appointment sheet so that he/she can make appointments with the teachers for you at an appropriate time. Please make sure that your child knows when you will be attending during the evening (for example, 3.30pm–6.00pm or 5.30pm–6.30pm).

Please return the completed reply slip to your child’s Form Tutor. Should you have any questions regarding this event or if you foresee a problem attending and you think we may be able to help, please contact me directly at school.
