Our Star of the Half Term awards give teachers a chance to acknowledge pupils who have made a real impact in their class; whether that’s through a better attitude, improved behaviour, or achieving new goals in their progress and attainment.

Every teacher picks one pupil from each of their classes and presents these pupils with a certificate in that lesson, along with a well-deserved round of applause from their classmates.

Following on from this a boy and girl in each year group with the most nominations overall are named the Headteacher’s Stars of the Half Term.

Just before the Easter break, Mr Bowers met with our latest Headteacher's 'stars' to congratulate them.
