A group of Mount Carmel pupils from Year 10 attended a Physics & Electronics conference at Burnley College.
They explored their future, carrying out experiments with the college's high-tech telescopes and they attended a lecture about Aurora effects in the Earth's atmosphere from a guest lecturer from Lancaster University. They also took part in three practical sessions using logic boards, circuitry, and solar telescopes.
