Mount Carmel's winning Christmas Card design was announced by Headteacher Mr Bowers, the winning design being created by Year 8 pupil Thalia.
Thalia used a digital art app to create an image of the nativity, the first time a digital image has been used for the school Christmas card. Miss Mollart, Curriculum Leader for Art and Design Technology commented on the high standard of entries and the difficulty in selecting the winning image.
Thalia's design has also been entered in the Christmas Card competition run by Sara Britcliffe MP.
