Mount Carmel Year 9 pupil Eli has been selected to represent England in the U15s Black Ball pool team.
Eli along with another three other of the current U15 Lancashire youth team players took part in a trials tournament in Stratford-upon-Avon, playing 20 games in just one day! This was the first time the lads had trialled for a place in the England team and Eli was selected.
He has been playing pool since he was 7 years old and plays at the West End Arms in Oswaldtwistle. Eli plays Black Ball Pool and also World Rules Pool for Lancashire and he will play for England in April next year in Bridlington.
We wish him lots of success and are very proud of his achievements to date.
