Mount Carmel Maths department organised a couple of fun activities to recognise National Pi Day on 14 March.
Pupils had great fun throwing ‘custard’ pies at staff victims/volunteers Mr Sweeney, Mr Georgy and Mr Neill who were holding photos of famous mathematicians. All money raised will go to nominated school charities. ACL for Maths Miss Richardson also arranged Year 9 pupils into the Pi symbol in the school hall for an overhead photo.
