As part of this weeks home learning Mount Carmel P.E. department are asking pupils to improve their flexibility.

They have been asked to complete a fitness test to improve their flexibility by completing the 'Sun salutation.' This works every joint, bone and muscle in your body and if done every day it will help improve your strength, flexibility, power, cardio-vascular fitness, muscular endurance, speed, agility, and co-ordination. It will also improve mental well-being and help your internal organs to function more effectively.
